It takes a village to make good food, and we are lucky to have great friends and neighbors who provide quality ingredients for Juniper. Chef Doug Paine works with Vermont farmers who share our values of community, quality, and sustainability, which exemplifies Juniper’s breakfast menu.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7 am – 10 am and Saturday & Sunday 7 am – 11 am.
Monday and Tuesday are reserved for hotel guests only. We welcome the outside community to join us Wednesday – Friday.
