Vermont Wine Week continues with our friends at Iapetus Wines, a project of Shelburne Vineyards. Winegrower Ethan Joseph will join us for the evening, selecting a few of Iapetus’ wines to be enjoyed alongside a menu of specials curated by our Juniper culinary team.

About Iapetus Wine

IAPETUS Wines is a project developed to bring delicious, sustainable, Vermont-grown Natural wine to every table. It’s the work of small team spearheaded by Ethan Joseph and Typer Mackelvey, dedicated to crafting excellent wine with minimal intervention in our Vermont landscape.

Founded as an exploration of Vermont grapes in 2016, Iapetus is a creative pursuit of wine with a story, one with a beginning hundreds of millions of years ago, & whose ending is still far out of sight. It’s a story of transformation and being open to changes, transitions, & shifts both in our physical efforts with grapes & wine, but also in our philosophical & intellectual endeavors with the two as well. Iapetus will serve as an evolution in the continued learning, developing, & appreciating of wine growing in Vermont.
