Phyllis and Friends: Single Barrel Flights with Caledonia Spirits, makers of Barr Hill
Juniper Bar & Restaurant is teaming up with our partners at Caledonia Spirits, makers of Barr Hill for three evenings of single-barrel flights at Juniper. We’ll be tasting Phyllis Whiskey, Barr Hill Tom Cat Barrel-Aged Stout, and Hotel Vermont Tom Cat Single-Barrel.
We’ll pair these flights with an NEK-driven menu special, made for two: Bone-in beef ribeye, dry aged with juniper, honey and bee’s wax, creamed kale, lobster mac and cheese.
