Limited and Barrel Aged: A Sampling with Caledonia Spirits
This weekend at Juniper, we’re thrilled to host Caledonia Spirits, makers of Barr Hill, to offer tasting flights of three rare spirits with roots in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. Each of the following spirits experiences a unique barrel treatment and can be enjoyed individually or in a flight:
- Phyllis Rye Whiskey
- Barr Hill Tom Can Gin finished in stout casks
- Hotel Vermont Single-Barrel Tom Cat Gin
For dinner: Snug Valley Farm bone-in beef ribeye for two, dry aged with Caledonia’s juniper, honey and bee’s wax, creamed kale, and lobster mac and cheese.
