As each season unfolds, Vermont’s farms deliver their very best. To celebrate this rhythm, we’re introducing our Peak Season Series — a monthly showcase of peak‑season ingredients, highlighted through week‑long specials crafted to celebrate the month’s peak produce.
Apple Week: October 26-30
We wrap up our Peak Season Series with Apple Week, featuring crisp, local apples in everything from light fare to thoughtful cocktails. Each evening beginning at 5pm, enjoy apple specials at the bar, in the dining room, or out on the terrace.
