We invite you to gather on the Brick Terrace at Hotel Vermont for Mother’s Day Yoga on Sunday, May 12 at 9am. Enjoy a morning of gentle movement in celebration of motherhood and mother figures of any kind, guided by Hope Elliott.

This is a complimentary offering, but capacity is limited! RSVPs are required, and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If weather conditions present a challenge to being outside, we will shift inside to Juniper Hall & Common.

BYOM! Please plan to bring your own yoga mat and any props that may support your practice.

About this Practice – A Message from Hope

Let’s take this opportunity to pour into ourselves. Mothering is a care-giving role and all too often we leave ourselves out of the equation.  What does it look like to shift care from others on to our Selves? We are worthy, deserving and in need of care and that begins with our relationship with ourselves. Yoga is the practice of intentional breath and movement, which is the foundation of moving through life more mindfully. When we notice the patterns of our breathing and the subtleties in our own bodies, we begin to learn more about who we are and how to care for our Selves.

Allow me to guide you through a centering, uplifting and grounding Yoga practice. Class will be accompanied by a curated playlist to boost the celebratory vibe of our flow.  My teaching style is inclusive, descriptive, and relaxed.

Let’s celebrate all that we are and all that we do by taking some time to give our minds & bodies the care and attention they deserve.

– Hope
