About the Series: Since 2016, VCET’s Female Founders Speaker Series has served as a platform for female identifying entrepreneurs from across the State of Vermont to tell their stories. At VCET, we believe that storytelling is one of the most impactful tools for inspiring the business owners and female founders of tomorrow. Hosted and moderated by Sam Roach-Gerber, the series is held at Burlington’s beloved Hotel Vermont.
Season 9 of the Female Founders Speaker Series continues Monday, January 13th from 5:30-7pm at Hotel Vermont with Economic Power!
This panel on economic power will teach women how to get it, grow it, and give it. The topic will be a conversation around how women create new income and wealth through entrepreneurship, and how they use this economic power to build up other women.

Jane Swift: Former governor, investor, CEO, and now president of Education at Work.
Ruth Steinmetz: Communications professional, Co-founder of Steinmetz, and advocate for new Americans in the workplace.
