Join Eventide (Portland, ME/Boston, MA) and Hotel Vermont for the final installment in our cookbook series on Friday, October 21! We’re filling the Brick patio to celebrate one of America’s great oyster bars with some of Maine’s best beer and wine. Enjoy oysters, a traditional clambake, those world famous brown butter lobster rolls, Oxbow Brewing Company and bubbly from Oyster River Winegrowers. Mingle during the welcome reception from 5-6pm and enjoy a grazing style dinner from 6:00pm-8:30pm. Tickets include a welcome beverage and a signed Eventide cookbook.
