Open Streets is a global initiative that promotes getting outside, community engagement, and celebration of the public spaces our streets provide. Since 2014, Open Streets BTV has created safe and enjoyable space for our community to connect and play!

Open Streets schedule:

College Street from N. Winooski St to St. Paul St

Hours: 12 – 8 pm

Bank Street from Center St to Pine St
Hours: 12 – 8 pm

Cherry Street from N. Winooski to St. Paul St (OPEN TO VEHICLES)
Hours: 12 – 8 pm

Center Street from College St to Bank St (BEGINNING LATER THIS SUMMER)
Hours: 12 – 8 pm

South Champlain Street from King St to Main St
Hours: 8 am – 2 pm

During the COVID crisis, community connection may look different, but the need to band together to support one another has never been greater. This summer we will be opening streets for business to give our small businesses an opportunity to safely vend outside. Show your support of the Burlington local makers, bakers, chefs, and vendors and come on down to Open Streets BTV!
