We’re gathering in honor of the launch of Vermont-based, James Beard winning author Rowan Jacobsen‘s new book, Wild Chocolate: Across the Americas in Search of Cacao’s Soul. While we do so, we’ll also dive into a few other of his fascinations, (you guessed it: apples and oysters) in an afternoon of learning, sampling, and time spent with Rowan himself.

Tickets for the event are $45 and include:

• light fare, small bites, and sample tables

A cash bar will be available on site. We’ll also be joined by our friends at Eden Cider for sampling.
