• We kindly ask that all guests please wear a mask while inside the hotel.
• Washing hands and use of hand sanitizer with hand sanitation stations throughout the hotel.
• Front of House Signage indicating policies.
• Swift response and immediate reporting of any presumed cases of COVID-19 to the Vermont Department of Health.

In Your Room:

• We are currently not offering a daily stayover service. If you’d like fresh towels or trash removal, please contact the front desk and we will be happy to accommodate you.
• Please refer to our in-room letters for additional information, local guides, and other tips to enhance your stay in Burlington!

Dining:

• Dining is provided at Juniper 7 days a week!
           Breakfast: 7 am -11 am (12 am weekends)
           Dinner: 5 pm – 9:30 pm
           Bar: 12 pm – 10 pm (11 pm Friday-Saturday)
• At this time, we kindly ask for proof of vaccination to dine at Juniper! If you prefer to enjoy your meal from the comfort of your room, please call the host stand to place an order to be picked up from the bar.
• Feel free to order drinks and food from the bar and take it out to our patio. Seating here is first-come, first-served. There is no table service in this space, but menu items can be ordered at the bar and brought outside, take-out style.
• Looking for more outdoor dining? Keep an eye out for pop-ups at Brick Wood-Fired Kitchen this summer!
• Visit our neighbors at Bleu Northeast Kitchen for dinner and brunch.

Frequently Asked Questions:

• Retail shops are open on renowned Church Street, 2 blocks from the hotel! Mask policies may vary in independent businesses, so we recommend carrying a mask when shopping.
• What am I going to do? Answer: lots! We will update this section frequently as well as other parts of our website. With the lake only steps from our front door, opportunities are endless! Check out our Explore section of our website to get inspired and excited to explore Burlington and the surrounding area.
• Vaccinated? In accordance with the most recent guidelines from the city, both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests must please wear a mask while in public space.
