Join us on Saturday, October 13th for a an outdoor, wood-fired dinner with Hen of the Wood – Burlington, Juniper Bar & Restaurant, and Bleu Northeast Seafood to benefit Burlington School Food Project and Fork In The Road.
Fork in the Road is a student-run food truck and culinary job training program that’s been successfully integrating classroom learning, community involvement, and real-life work experience for teenage students in the Burlington School District.
There will be a reception with hors d’oeuvres prepared by the Fork in the Road kids at 6:00 pm before dinner is served outside on the terrace behind Hotel Vermont at 6:30 pm.
Enjoy a four course meal and beverage pairing prepared by Doug Paine of Hotel Vermont and Jordan Ware of Hen of the Wood – Burlington.
Tickets are $125 per person and include food, drinks, and service. Tax and ticket fee are extra.
Proceeds go to the Burlington School Food Project and the Fork In The Road food truck program.

The dinner will be paired with some of our favorite Vermont beverage producers” Stonecutter Spirits, Zero Gravity, Iapetus Wine, and Fable Farm Fermentory.
