Join us on Saturday, February 23rd for an Evening with Grassroots Distributing with Dishes Inspired by Noma’s “Guide to Fermentation” at Juniper Bar & Restaurant.

Enjoy the world of fermentation through dishes inspired by the new book from world renown restaurant Noma, and beers from Hill Farmstead Brewery, Wunderkammer, and Cambridge Brewing Company.

Dinner can be experienced prefixed with beer pairings or a la carte.

Dishes include lacto fermented vegetables, miso and koji glazed meat, vinegars, amazake, and a range of style from wild ale to IPA from three of our favorite brewers.
