Join us for for a four-course dinner celebrating the relationship between Peterson Quality Malts, Foam Brewers, and Hotel Vermont.
On Wednesday, June 20th from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm, experience a one-of-a-kind beer dinner at Hotel Vermont.
The evening will feature Foam Brewers, one of Vermont’s most exciting breweries, and their commitment to working with Vermont grown Malts from Peterson Quality Malt of North Ferrisburgh, Vermont. Enjoy Foam beers, Chef Doug Paine’s signature dishes utilizing Vermont grains, and a discussion about the future of malt and Vermont’s brewing industry.
The event starts at 6:30 pm with a welcome beer and a chance to talk with Foam brewers, Andrew Peterson, and Matt Canning, our Beer Concierge.
Following the reception, enjoy a four course dinner with thoughtfully paired Foam beer. All courses will highlight Vermont grain. This event is $55/ per person.
